DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Customer Service and Internal Sales Supervisor, the person's main mandate will be to take orders from the company's customers (merchants and consumers) and answer questions related to our product line. She will also have to inform them of current promotions and new products in order to contribute to business development and contribute to customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to requests for information from customers (merchants and consumers) by telephone and email, regarding the use, maintenance of devices, prices, warranties, delivery dates, the website;
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from customers to take their order, answer their questions, process complaints, collect comments and suggestions;
  • Initiate phone calls to merchants in order to follow up, transmit information, promote promotions, validate their needs and/or maintain the business relationship;
  • Maintain customer information in the Hubspot software;
  • Enter relevant information in the CRM following communications with merchants and follow up with sales representatives;
  • Provide information to the supervisor to document the technical support knowledge base;
  • Build and maintain a good business relationship and trust with merchants to ensure that we always maintain a high level of satisfaction for our customer service;
  • Collect comments and suggestions from customers and coordinate with the supervisor the implementation of corrective measures if necessary;
  • Actively participate in meetings with the operations department;
  • Provide support in the management of customer merchandise returns (as needed);
  • Support the external sales team in their duties;
  • Provide logistical support during the organization of special events, trade shows and perform post-event follow-ups;
  • Accomplish any other task that would be requested and necessary to meet the objectives of customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in sales consulting, customer service and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience ideally in a B2B context
  • Experience with 'MarketPlace' platforms
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of AS400 software, Hubspot, (an asset)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The road sales representative is responsible for travelling to different regions to meet customers, present products and close sales, while building long-term partnership relationships.


Main responsibilities:

  • Contact and meet with customers to provide information, promote business opportunities, and identify their needs;
  • Recommend and promote Trovac products and services, demonstrating their features and benefits to overcome objections and close sales;
  • Respond to customer emails and calls and ensure constant follow-up and document all communication in the CRM;
  • Follow up on website and supplier recommendations, and prepare quotations for inquiries;
  • Assist administration and operations departments with retailer issues, and help organize trade shows and promotional activities;
  • Actively participate in team meetings, workshops and training sessions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an on-the-road sales role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingualism is an asset;
  • Valid driver's license and comfortable with frequent travel;
  • Results-oriented, with proven ability to identify business opportunities;
  • Excellent customer service skills, dynamic, energetic and able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent stress management, multitasking and organizational skills, able to adapt to variable schedules.
