We have got just what you need! We are looking for an experienced Account Payable Technician, for our Finance Department in Blainville. The person occupying the position will be part of the finance team and will be mainly responsible for the company's payables processing operations for all divisions – Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and the United States.

MAIN DUTIES

• Validate conformity between orders and supplier invoices;
• Account for supplier invoices;
• Participate in the preparation of supplier payments;
• Reconcile and record credit card and expense accounts;
• Reconcile supplier accounts statements;
• Keep supplier information up to date;
• Proceed to open supplier accounts;
• File classifications;
• Participate in the end of month procedure at the accounts payable level;
• All other tasks necessary to meet organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• DEC in accounting
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Mastery of Office 365
• Bilingual (French and English) for interaction with our Canadian and international suppliers
• Asset – Knowledge of the AS/400 system
